THE DEADLINE OF THE COMPETITION HAS BEEN MOVED TO MONDAY 8 JUNE 2020

Q: We are an American studio, and we don’t have a VAT number. Is there another tax identification we could use instead?
A: If you don’t have a VAT number, you can complete with the fiscal code of the architect who presents his project.

Q: Should i put all the technical drawings on one A3?
A: You can send the technical drawings (many as you think) in A3 format in multiple files (for every file the maximum upload is 5 Mb).

Q: What does “illustrative charge of the project” means? Is it the explanatory text? If yes, I already put it in the “brief project description”.
A: The “illustrative charge of the project report” is the technical and illustrative report of the project; it may be longer than the “brief project description” and it combines the different drawings and photographs in an assembled layout (max 5 Mb).

Q: How can I show the date of completion on the project? I don’t have any administrative paper.
A: You can show an end of works document. Otherwise you can send substitute declaration of the notarial deed about the end of works (a signed self-declaration). You can add a translation of the text in English or in Italian.

Q: Until when do I have to fully complete the info for the project?
A: You have time to complete the registration until 8 May 2020.

Q: I’m having trouble registering myself for the international award. I haven’t received a confirmation link; could it be?
A: You should receive the confirmation email in a few minutes, otherwise look in the spam please.

Q: Is participation free?
A: Yes, the participation is free.

Q: Can I upload a project of monastery with a chapel?
A: It can be a monastery with a chapel. Please remember that the Prize is given to the designer of the church/chapel.

Q: Can I upload the project that has not been executed yet?
A: No, the project must be a built church.

Q: The document of registration in the professional Order can be in our native language or must be translated into English or Italian by our professional order?
A: The document of registration in the professional Order can be in your native language. If you want, you can add a translation of the text.

Q: Does the document certifying the completion of the subsequent work on the date of October 4th 2010 need to be translated into English or Italian?
A: We appreciate if the document arrives translated into Italian or English too.

Q: I’ve noticed that the work must be completed after 4 October 2010. A work completed officially in 2020 is a valid entry to the architectural prize?
A: Yes, you can send church built in the 2020, until the deadline for submitting projects.

Q: Will the works be viewed by the Jury in paper or digital form?
Due to the international situation, the documents will probably be viewed on digital media.
